Vince Carney Community Theatre (VCCT) spent several years remodeling the old Lincoln Elementary School into the beautiful Lincoln Arts Center. This non-profit organization has been bringing quality live entertainment to Rochelle since 1981 and is now proud to host its own performances, as well as a variety of outside talent, at this amazing facility.
